Amanda Wilde serves as Principal of Baker Middle School and Keating Elementary School, bringing more than 22 years of dedicated service to Baker School District 5J. Throughout her career, she has been committed to supporting student success, fostering strong school communities, and building positive relationships with families and staff.

Amanda began her educational career as a third-grade teacher at Brooklyn Elementary School, where she taught for 12 years. She then spent six years at Keating Elementary School, teaching students in third through sixth grade while also serving as Head Teacher and Principal. For the past four years, she has served as Principal of Baker Middle School, providing leadership focused on academic excellence, student growth, and community engagement.

Outside of her professional role, Amanda and her husband, Scott, are proud parents of two daughters, Katie and Ella. Together, they own and operate a generational family ranch where they raise cattle and grow crops. Amanda values the strong connection between the schools and the community and is deeply grateful for the support she has received throughout her career with Baker School District.

As both an educator and community member, Amanda is honored to serve the students and families of Baker County and remains committed to helping every student reach their full potential. She is especially passionate about supporting agricultural education and youth leadership opportunities through 4-H and FFA, recognizing the important role these programs play in developing responsibility, work ethic, and lifelong skills. Amanda appreciates the rich agricultural heritage of Baker County and is proud to support the next generation of leaders through both education and community involvement.
